New Orleans Dance Academy Seeking Dance teachers for children's classes

New Orleans Dance Academy is hiring part-time dance instructors for children's classes for the 2016-17 school year. Styles include ballet, tap, and jazz/hip hop. School hours are Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-9:00pm, and Saturdays 8:00am-3:00pm. Our focus is on classical education, proper terminology and technique, and an enjoyable dance experience, and not on competition. Pay rate will start at $13-$18 per class, and is dependent upon experience. Dance degree and/or professional training and performance experience is highly desired. Mature college students with a strong dance background, or who are working toward a dance degree, may also be considered. Must be punctual and have reliable transportation. Must be available to commit to the full school year.
